Needless to say, we were stunned and amazed at how inaccurate our maps had been. We have no problems with paddling conditions changing radically with waterflow but to have misplaced 15 to 30 foot high water falls but up to 2 kilometers seemed almost criminal. Mike wrote this to our government:
